We, at Good Bite, love quick and easy dinners. Great food with minimal cooking is always a plus. So, we've rounded up some of our favorite super simple soup recipes that will satiate even the most ferocious appetite.

1. If you're looking for a quick weekday meal, try Julie's Sausage and Lentil Soup which incorporates earthy lentils with a touch of heat from the sausage.

2. If you're throwing a seasonal dinner party try Sweet Corn and Chicken Soup. Since corn is coming into season sub in fresh corn from the market in place of the canned corn.

3. If you're hosting a Mexican fiesta try Tortilla Soup with a touch of heat from the chiles and a lighter base that can be made from either chicken or veggie broth.

4. If you're feeling under the weather, try a 10-Minute Miso Soup. The soup you've known in Japanese restaurants is easier than you think!

5. If you're absolutely starving, try this filling Sausage, Black Bean, and Sweet Potato concoction. Slightly sweet from the potatoes, a bit of spice from the sausage, and some acid to balance it all out from a bit of salsa or tomato paste.

6. If you want to taste something exotic try this Ginger, Chicken Egg Drop Soup which combines the flavors of a traditional Chinese egg drop soup with spicy ginger, who knew!

7. If you're looking to feed a big group of people on a budget try Shipwreck Stew. This extra hearty soup/stew incorporates a bit of ground beef plus potatoes, beans and Campbell's tomato soup.

8. If you're feeding a vegetarian, try a Carrot Ginger Soup. Flavor-wise the mild, slightly sweet flavor of the carrots pairs perfectly with the sharp zingy ginger, an easy winner.

9. If you need a rainy day food, try Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumpling Soup. It's a synthesis between chicken soup and matzoh ball soup, just toss the ingredients into a slow cooker and hit the on button.

10. If you're looking for a way to get your kids to eat greens try Lentil, Sausage, and Mixed Greens Soup. Just toss in all those healthy greens (the darker the better) and watch as they melt into the broth. Your kids will never realized they are eating their veggies.
