Just a year after launching our site, Good Bite is thrilled to announce our first cookbook titled Good Bite's Weeknight Meals: Delicious Made Easy. We're still a ways off because the book won't be released until Fall 2011, but here are some details to get excited about. Our book will be produced by rockstar book publisher Wiley, featuring weeknight dinner recipes from 16 Good Bite contributors.
Specifically, the book focuses on a variety of main dishes from chicken to pork to steak to veg, with a few soups and sides to round out the bunch. All photography will be handled by Matt Armendariz of mattbites.com with food styling by Adam Pearson (both pictured above). We start shooting later this month so Matt and Adam were in the office yesterday to review all 141 submitted recipes and pick 40 for photography. Stay tuned for more updates!
