Announcing Good Bite's Balsamic Vinegar Contest Winner!

Last month we asked Good Bite readers to send us their favorite balsamic vinegar recipes for a chance to win an incredible, shmancy bottle of 50-year aged balsamic vinegar from House of Balsamic. We sorted through the entries and narrowed down the search to our top three favorites which included Baked Salmon with Blueberry Balsamic Reduction, Chilled Balsamic Hot Chocolate Pudding, and Grilled Peaches with Balsamic and Goat Cheese. All sounded great! First of all, thanks to everyone who participated and voted, make sure to check out our next contest which will start in about two weeks.

Anyway, let's get to the good stuff. We are thrilled to announce that the winner for the $250 bottle of balsamic vinegar goes to, drumroll please....Chilled Balsamic Hot Chocolate Pudding! This unique balsamic creation not only sounds great but we especially love this recipe at Good Bite since it calls for just three ingredients and can be made in a snap. Definitely delicious made easy.
