Food Network's newer sister site Cooking Channel launched not too long ago, and producers have just announced Cooking Channel's  new line of shows for 2010. Kicking things off, bigwigs Rachael Ray, Bobby Flay, and Emeril Lagasse have all nailed slots, in addition to other newbies from around the world. Overall Cooking Channel plans to offer a bevy of shows. Viewers will be able to learn the secrets behind favorite foods, visit the world's most extreme restaurants, and meet a new generation of up and coming visionary chefs. Also on tap, a ton of new worldly food shows featuring cuisines from India, China, Mexico, and more! Here's a taste of what's on tap: 

Rachel Ray's Week in a Day: Rachael Ray shows viewers how to plan a week's worth of meals with just one day of cooking in the kitchen.

Bobby Flay's Brunch: Pretty self explanatory, but Bobby Flay will share tips and recipes for everybody's favorite meal.

Emeril's Fresh Food Fast: How to prepare fresh food without sacrificing taste or time.

Chuck's Day Off: What do chefs really cook on their days off? Chuck Hughes will tell you!

Chinese Food Made Easy: Entrepreneur Ching-He Huang demonstrates how to make simple central Chinese dishes that any home cook can prepare. 

Everyday Exotic: Chef and musician Roger Mooking explores exotic ingredients and incorporates them into everyday dishes. 

David Rocco's Dolce Vita: Follow David Rocco through Tuscany as he explores local markets and prepares rustic, seasonal Italian dishes. 

French Food At Home: Cookbook author Laura Calder explores everyday French food. It's not as complicated as it seems.
