Times Online catches up with devout foodie, author of the 2001 bestseller Fast Food Nation, and now co-producer of foodie doc Food, Inc., Eric Schlosser about his forthcoming film which hits theaters February 12. Amidst the interview Schlosser repeats several shocking statements: "'ultimately, I don’t care that much about food! I’m not a gourmand! For me, this subject was a way of looking at this country. Using something that everyone could relate to, to look at bigger issues.'” “'It’s been gratifying on a personal level to be able to act on things you care about,' he says. But all things must come to an end. 'For me this film marks a final chapter on this subject. I’ll have written a book, helped to get a feature film made, a documentary, a children’s book. There will not be a puppet show.'”
