The Find: Cookie lovers tend to be divided between two camps. Camp crisp, and camp raw. Meaning, you either like your cookie crunchy or semi-baked and ooey-gooey. I fall into the latter category which is why I happen to love Isabella's Cookie Company. Think soft, extra moist, and just the right amount of that under-baked raw dough flavor/texture situation. Lucky for us Angelenos, the bakery is located less than an hour's drive in Redondo Beach, but lucky for you Isabella's ships nationwide. Though small, each cookie weighs in at a whopping 1/3 pound (yikes!) and is made from completely natural ingredients-- nothing artificial and no preservatives, ever. Which also explains why the cookies have a 10-day shelf life, but if you're like us they willl be gobbled up way before the 10-day mark. And, Isabella's is certainly not short on creativity. Cookies come in seventeen fun flavors that range from the Original (chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, walnuts) to Maui Wowie (macadamia nuts, pineapple, coconut, white chocolate), to The Muffy (have you ever had a cookie that tasted like a blueberry muffin?), and procure remarks from content consumers like "OMG," "The Bomb," and "Muffalicious."
