'Tis the season for lots and lots of Girl Scout cookies. After the initial overload of Thin Mints and Samoas, sometimes those extra boxes end up forlorn on the shelf. But, the cookies can live again! Instead of eating cookies straight out of the box, why not repurpose them into cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts with that same fun Girl Scout flare.
