Want to serve the winning dish at your next soiree? Look no further than our new video on how to make spinach and artichoke dip. Think spinach, chunks of artichoke, and cheese all baked together into a creamy dish perfect for dunking tortilla chips, pita chips, even raw veggies.

With July 4th just wrapping up, there's a good chance you might have leftover party dip still in the fridge, what the heck to do with the gallon of bean dip, cheese dip, or roasted veggie dip? Don’t throw it out -- here are some tasty ways to use up that leftover dip in additional meals.

Make a  layered casserole.

Rich and comforting, a casserole has always been the standby recipe for using up kitchen leftovers -- and it works just as well with leftover party dip. Sauté meat of choice, such as sausage, ground chicken, or ground tempeh, in olive oil with spices and garlic. Spread it into a lightly greased baking dish, adding alternate layers of dip and grated cheese atop. Cover and bake at 350F oven for about 30 minutes, until bubbling. Delicious with chips, bread, or one giant fork.

Make burritos, tacos, or quesadillas.

Use leftover dip for a hearty spread in burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. Just spread it along the inside of your corn or wheat tortilla, then fill with your desired ingredients, like sautéed onions, mushrooms, guacamole, and grated cheese. These handheld tasties are perfect for a summer afternoon at the park or beach.

Make roll-up sandwiches.

These finger food sandwiches are a favorite of mine from childhood. Use rectangular flatbread or large tortillas as a base, then spread leftover dip over the surface. Layer with slices of cheese, meat, and thinly sliced veggies (cucumber, spinach, or kale are all great!), then roll up tightly. Slice into thick rounds and serve with smiles.

Make stuffed peppers.

Any leftover dip, whether bean-based or cheese-based, will bake divinely in sweet bell peppers. Preheat oven to 375F. Cut red and green bell peppers in half, scoop out the seeds and inner pith, and stuff with plenty of leftover dip, adding extra fresh herbs like basil or parsley to the mix. Place on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast until tender, about 45 to 50 minutes.
