Would You Try Breast Milk Cheese?

Once again, this is not a joke. Daniel Angerer, chef and owner of Klee Brasserie in NYC is now making cheese out of his wife's breast milk. So far Angerer has produced two quarts of the cheese and has even posted the recipe on his website. Thoughts?! [VV]
