Soda Linked To Pancreatic Cancer

By now you (should) know that soda is not your friend. Aside from being loaded with sugar (image, one can of soda contains 10 packs of sugar), artificial color, and artificial flavor, a new study conducted by the National Cancer Institute links soda consumption to pancreatic cancer.

The study tracked 60,524 men and women over the course of 14 years and found that those who drank soda increased their risk of pancreatic cancer by 87 percent. [TWP]
