New Dishes for Dad

Frankly, Dad would settle for a Bud and a slab of beef, but Catherine, Matt, Diane and David have more in store for dear old dad, while still giving him the ingredients he loves. From Catherine's Eggs in a Hole with a twist to Diane's heart-healthy Teriyaki Chicken, to Matt's Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges, give the old man the meal he deserves this Father's Day. Dad requested a picnic at the beach with Kentucky Fried Chicken - can you believe that? At least I got to make a dessert - a lovely Godiva espresso panna cotta, along with my fav salted fudge brownies from Food&Wine.
