Kat teaches cooking classes in her Los Angeles kitchen, and also has a personal blog, corkandrind.blogspot.com. In addition to running Good Bite, Kat is also the Editor of Eater LA, and contributes to a variety of other publications. In what little spare time she has, she shoots seasonal cooking segments for Your Daily Thread and aspires to write a cookbook and have a cooking show on tv.
