Chocolate Pecan Pie
Servings-8
Pecan filling
3 eggs
1-cup sugar
1-cup light corn syrup
2-tbsp. butter melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish piecrust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl whisk eggs, sugar, light corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla extract until well blended. Stir in pecans and chocolate. Pour into piecrust. Place pie crust on a baking sheet and put it into the oven. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until set. Cool and serve.
