Banana Sour Cream Pancakes
Many of the breakfasts for dinner that we've been recommending this week have tended more to the savory side of things. While not necessarily super-sweet either, the Picky Cook's easy, appetizing Banana Sour Cream Pancake falls somewhere in the middle. Both of its core titular ingredients are distinct, but relatively mild. This all makes it an awesome anytime meal. We're thinking brunch tomorrow.

Napa Valley Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Sometimes we think pork doesn't get enough love for just how delicious, inexpensive, versatile and healthy it really is. Hopefully, Napa Valley Stuffed Pork Tenderloin from bell'alimento will win over some more fans. As bell'alimento points out, pork tenderloin is an economical way to feed a lot of people and feed them well.

Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos
If you've ever wondered what Texans eat at their fabled summer cookouts, look no further than evilshenanigans. Fried Gulf Coast Shrimp, Smoked Beef Brisket, Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad and Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos make up the Texas-sized menu of evilshenanigan's Foodbuzz 24, 24, 24 submission. It all sounds pretty amazing, but we were particularly taken with the Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos.

Cherry Hazelnut Loaf Cake
Though we love baked desserts more than anything, it's been pretty warm lately (at least where we are), and a part of us has been refraining from posting breads, cakes and cookies everyday. Sometimes it takes a dessert as beautiful as this Cherry Hazelnut Loaf Cake, from Chocolate and Zucchini, to remind us that we should be posting this kind of content much more regularly.
Super Quick Mini Tarts
From the (potentially) sweeter, quicker and easier side of baking comes Super Quick Mini Tarts from The Cutting Edge of Ordinary. The site boasts that not only are these tiny treats easy enough that your kids can help out, but they'll also be out of the oven in about 10 minutes. And you know what, we totally believe them. This is a super-creative way to take a premade ingredient and create something personal and delicious.

Blueberry Almond Cookies
A part of us wanted to promote this recipe from A Dash of Sass before July 4th, as we found it a good addition to any party or BBQ, but more than that we wanted to stress how easy and versatile these cookies really are. They're seasonally ideal and we like the idea of making them today (the Monday after a long weekend).
