Good Bite says: This week, Paula Deen is on the lookout for dessert recipes using Philadelphia Cream Cheese for Real Women of Philadelphia. That inspired Rachel Rappaport of coconutandlime.blogspot.com to create her own dessert for the Good Bite community. Rachel Says: I love this recipe because it's a great way to use up the jam I buy but never eat!) The squares are also an easier way to have a cheesecake like dessert, very easy, no water baths or chances of cracking.
